Our office telephones are staffed:

Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and again from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Non-urgent phone messages may be left when the phones are busy and after hours. When leaving a message please slowly and clearly state your full name, your date of birth and repeat your phone number twice.

Please call 911 if you have a life threatening emergency.

If you have an urgent or non-emergent issue after hours, please call the Answering Service at (253) 922-4805, They can reach the office after hours or have you speak with the doctor on call. But please be aware there may be a charge for non-urgent services requested through the Answering Service.

To obtain more information about our services, or if you have any general questions, please complete the form below so that we may call you back.  For security, Do Not leave personal health information on this form.  We must talk to you directly by phone regarding any personal issues.

Email and texting are not acceptable forms of communication with patients because of privacy laws.  There are times when it may be appropriate for us to allow a patient to send us an email (knowing it isn’t a secure message), but this would need to be discussed with the office beforehand.  It is always best for us to talk directly with a patient, but if you need to leave a voice message, please be sure your phone isn’t blocked, voicemail is setup and your mailbox isn’t full.
